Mr. Marcel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (1977) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (1978), both from FIG-UNIMESP. He worked as Head of Products at Banco ABC Brasil, as a Foreign Exchange Trader at Banco Citibank and as a Manager of Foreign Exchange Operations at Banco Comind. Mr. Marcel was also a member of the Audit Committee of Banco ABC Brasil from August 2013 to June 2018.

Mr. Paulo holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). He was Commercial Director of Banco Noroeste (1978 to 1986). He later served as Executive Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank Brasil/Banco Norchem (1986 to 1999). He was a founding partner of Regerbanc Consultoria, a banking financial consulting firm (1999 to 2005). He served as Chief Operating Officer at Banco ABC Brasil (09/2005 to 03/2019).

Mr. Nei holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo. He is currently a partner at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados – a corporate law firm established in 2001. Mr. Nei specializes in regulatory matters of banking and insurance law and in administrative litigation, such as domestic and international loans, syndicated operations, capital markets, debt restructuring and derivatives.

Ms. Adriana is a partner at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados – a corporate law firm established in 2001, having served as the director of the firm’s M&A division from 2015 to 2018. She is currently a member of the Board and the Social Responsibility and Pro Bono Committee of the aforementioned law firm. Mrs. Adriana specializes in Corporate Law, corporate governance, securities regulation and M&A involving private and listed companies, as well as international transactions.

Ms. Gabriela holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and an MBA in Finance – Instituto Brasileiro de Capitais -IBMEC. She has served as a regular member of the Fiscal Council of Telefônica Brasil S.A. since May/2020. She served as a regular member of the Fiscal Council (2019-2020) of IRB-Brasil Resseguros S.A.

Mr. Genival holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from PUCSP. Executive MBA in Advanced Management from HBS Boston. Post graduated in Strategic Politics at USP and graduated from the War College – ADESG SP. Worked for 10 years at ERNST YOUNG AUDIT AND CONSULTING (1982 to 1992). He was Controller Director at Banco ABC Roma S.A. (1992 to 1994). He was a regular member of the Board of Directors of Banco da Amazonia S.A. (2018 to 2019). He served as a regular member of the Fiscal Council of LAUREATE – Anhembi Morumbi Instituto de Ensino (2010 to 2012) and of Azevedo Travassos Engenharia S.A. (2014 to 2018). He was Alternate Member of the Fiscal Council of Banco Bradesco (2019 to 2021) and of Companhia Catarinense de Aguas e Esgotos – CASAN (2019 to 2020). He is currently an Alternate Member of the Fiscal Council of COMGÁS – Companhia de Gás de São Paulo S.A.
